We had an amazing stay! The management was responsive and the service was punctual. The location is perfect and private to where it is quiet from our room, and most rooms have a personal hot tub. We stayed 8 days for a special mother-daughter trip. We were lucky to get a surprise upgrade to a suite with a hot tub and breathtaking view. At night the views were a dream. Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely. I did not like that they did not have a pool. What they had was a very small pool the size of a small jacuzzi

They exceeded our expectation. From the front desk workers that the cleaning ladies they were all so nice and kind. They respond to inquiries and questions so well and fast. Everything in the room was clean and neatly put out and the view was unreal. highly recommend!

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference. Overall staff was helpful and welcoming.
