My girlfriend and I stayed in Aurora Luxury Suits for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied with our overall experience. Firstly, the service and hospitality we were met with was incredible. Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming towards us, and everyone felt like our friend. Nicole, Pavos, Panos and the other staff whose names I weren’t able to get were all excellent and joyful to be around. It made our stay in Santorini feel much more cozy. We also enjoyed the food and Poree restaurant located within the hotel - the free breakfasts were great with lots of variety, and then the lunches and dinners were all very satisfying with good portion sizes. We also really enjoyed the bar, which will make off-menu drinks upon request! The pool is great and quite big for Santorini standards, with lots of lounge chairs and places to relax nearby. We found the entire property to be quite serene and beautiful also, with our room even offering a beautiful sunrise view along with the sea. Lastly, the rooms were homey and the beds were comfortable, and we throughly enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Overall, very satisfied and happy with our experience, it made our trip much much better! The free transfers to some of the major cities also saved us a lot of hassle, time and money, as well as the hotel being able to book the best activities for us!

Beautiful property. Staff all around was excellent, very attentive. The owner Angie is super nice and gave us recommendations. The dining staff were all super nice. Nicole, one of the waitresses went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the food, all around great service. As well as Freedom, she made me a drink because I was indecisive and came back to make sure I liked it. They also have free transportation which is super nice. The food was great. Would definitely come back!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is amazing, especially the mixologist Panos.!!!!! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of everyone, but service is definitely top-tier!! Location is very clean, very picturesque and accommodating. Will return!!!!! Just one Fyi keep an eye on your food…… I looked away for a minute to respond to an email and turned back around and the one cat on property was licking my sandwich 😭

Beautiful resort! Great staff team! Enjoyed breakfast everyday and made it back for dinner twice and they were wonderful. Chef came to introduce himself and brought chocolate treats! Just Book Aurora Luxury Suites – You Won’t Regret It! From the moment you land in Santorini, Aurora Luxury Suites takes care of you. A complimentary hotel driver is waiting to whisk you away to the property—just be sure to arrange this in advance. The hospitality is top-notch. From the Hotel Manager to the room service staff, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. We flew in all the way from Toronto and chose this hotel for two main reasons: 1. Convenient Transportation Getting around Santorini can be pricey—taxis often cost €25–35 one way, and buses can mean long waits. Aurora provides a scheduled shuttle service to both Fira and Oia, making exploring the island far more convenient and budget-friendly. 2. Incredible Breakfast Breakfast is included, but this isn’t your average hotel fare. The newly appointed Chef Dimitris crafts sensational meals using fresh, local ingredients. His farm-to-table approach makes each dish feel like it came from a high-end downtown restaurant—you’d easily pay $50+ per person elsewhere for this quality. My wife and I travel 2–3 times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the world. This is by far one of the best-run establishments we’ve experienced, thanks in large part to its private ownership. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, a stunning place to relax and swim, but still want access to Santorini’s buzz when the mood strikes—this is your place. We had an absolutely incredible experience! The hotel staff truly made our stay exceptional—every detail was thoughtfully handled, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. If you're looking for very cozy and private place this hotel is perfect choice for you. From beginning to end the whole experience was perfect. Property is not in the middle of busy tourist area, it's in very private and quite area, near the sea, beautiful, clean, cozy , but it's in the middle of Oia and Fira centers, 15 minutes away. Hotel provides you free ride to these main cities, also ride from and back to airport. The whole experience would be just a nice hotel experience, if people who work there didn't make our vacation unforgettable. Hotel staff was great, every single person was working hard to make guests feel special, they're helpful, very welcoming. Special thank you to few people , who made our vacation so special and unforgettable, Panos works at reception, is very professional, takes care of all the questions and helps with any problem you have , George works at the bar, intelligent young man, who treats everyone to feel special, Nick is the driver , very nice person, who tells you everything about Santorini on his way to and back to hotel. On top of their professional service they became our friends, Panos and George made us feel home, every evening we came back tired from the trips. So much warm memories, because of these nice people. Also other stuff members like Nickol(reception), Nikolas (bar), Angeliki (bar) are so nice and helpful. Love you guys, thanks for making our vacation so full of love, fun and happiness.

From the moment we arrived! It felt like a warm family welcome. The staff are truly wonderful and make you feel at home. Our room was second floor with a hot tub on the balcony. Clean and spacious. The pool area is perfect and the bar staff are amazing. The great thing about this hotel. It’s not to big, so personal service really is key. The knowledge of the staff is great too. Free daily shuttle to Oia is a HUGE bonus on Santorini.

We loved our stay at Aurora luxury suites in Santorini very beautiful very quiet nice rooms very clean. The only downside were the hot tubs on the balconies were clean so they weren’t very appetizing to use. However, it was so warm. We probably wouldn’t have wanted to use them anyway. Highly recommend.
