They customer service was excellent. We arranged transportation though the hotel which was very easy. They reached out to us and coordinated everything. The porters also brought our stuff to our room. The hot tub could be a little bit warmer but it’s a fixed temperature. Overall great service and location. Warning, there are a few sets of stairs to get to the hotel.

The breakfast was great and the view was beautiful! However, they had an energy issue when we arrived, so we couldn't use the shower, TV, bathtub, etc. The next day, the bathtub was still not working—in fact, it didn’t work at all during our stay. The staff said it was because of the wind, but it was actually due to the power outage, so it would’ve been better if they had just told us the truth. There isn’t a proper space for breakfast—you have to sit at small tables around the pool or bring it to your room. That said, the staff was very friendly, and they let us check out a little later at no extra charge, which gave us time to enjoy a sunny day before our flight.

It wa a beautiful a s very clean villa. The only negative is the many 77 steps we had to negotiate. The number of steps wouldn’t have been bad if they were on solid ground and not sloped and were the same height but they were not. Staff and porters were wonderful.

Great place to be for Oia.

We really enjoyed the unique “cave” experience of staying at this hotel. We were there for three nights. The location was perfect as middle of Oia and easy access to the main walkway. A couple of things you should know. 1) there are quite a few steps down from the main path to the hotel so coming back up required a reasonable climb (A few flights of stairs). It wasn’t excessive and likely very normal for hilly Santorini but just be aware before booking. (This is not meant as a negative comment). 2) There are no windows (except on the door). You get a great view of the water from outside on the landing. From the bedrooms there is minimal natural light. Overall I was very happy with our stay at Caldera Premium Villa.

Amazing stay. The stairs take some time to get used to but if you don’t have any mobility concerns, it should be fine. Great staff who are super helpful when needed.

Everyone here was so nice, and the customer service was top tier. They offer transportation as well as help with carrying your bags to and from the room (which you definitely need given the amount of stairs that’s surrounding the property). The rooms are unbelievably gorgeous and offer stunning views. Breakfast was delicious, and every part of the villa was so clean. By far one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. The next time we go to Santorini, we will be staying here again.

Beautiful views and great location

The hotel is great and beautiful with tons of view. To stay there one must be steady on their feet as it requires several uneven steps to the top with no rail. We enjoyed our time at Caldera premium suites. The air conditioning wasnt working the the best when we were there in October.
