Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.50 per accommodation, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per accommodation, per night
• Cleaning fee: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be collected before check-in.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 17 per person (one-way)

• Pet fee: EUR 80 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between midnight and 5:30 AM
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 80.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 80.0 per day

• The seasonal pool will open in April and close in October.

• One child 4 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
