My wife and I travel a lot and this was one of the nicest places we've stayed at. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cheese tray in our room. The service was awesome and the hotel itself was extremely nice.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August and the hotel is stunning. Views are fantastic and rooms are delightful. The team around the hotel are amazing with advice, guidance and helping sort booking and logistics. They catered for an allergy with one of our guests with bespoke food options and amazing service. It made our visit to Santorini a wonderful trip. The local town is stunning, it’s super close to the airport and if you want to relax, chill and switch off would highly commend.

The room with the private pool was amazing. It was so relaxing the views, the cleanliness, and the helpful staff made this trip amazing. The bathroom and shower were the coolest part. The bed was extremely comfortable with charging ports and lights attached to the headrest for easy access. Aphrodite was amazing and helped coordinate rides for us around Santorini and to and from the airport, booked deep tissue massages, and show us around the resort!

The staff are exceptional. Every member (special mention to lovely Denise at reception) of the team is courteous, helpful, warm and offer genuine customer service. The facilities are well maintained and exactly what we wanted for a peaceful and tranquil break. The rooms were spacious with nice decor and very clean. The bed was comfy and the private hot tub and two balconies just added to the overall positive experience. The gym was very well equipped and spotless. My daughter and I enjoyed having a private gym for our daily workouts. We also enjoyed the breakfasts which were lovely and a treat to start our day….the gluten free options were delicious and plentiful too. We wanted a luxurious respite and Sjyfalls exceeded our hopes. It is situated perfectly to walk to Pyrgos town with restaurants and amenities. We loved the short walk to Alchemia for consistently delicious dinners and superb service too. We highly recommend Skyfalls and look forward to another visit.
