This stay was amazing from when you check in to check out. The staff is great at helping setup taxis when needed. A car is definitely needed to explore but I feel that is anywhere on the island to make the best of your stay. The views around this hotel were insanely beautiful.

Good location. Limited breakfast. Less amenities than surrounding hotels (like afternoon tea or treat, bed time chocolates, etc), but we’re always available 24/7. Did a great job arranging taxis. Great pool and views. Bar and food service very nice. We sat by the pool and got several delicious smoothies at good prices. Rooms were wonderful and spacious and cooled down nicely. Would stay again.

The staff tried their best, most of them were nice but for the price I paid, I didn’t expect to see ants in my bed and have a problem finding space to park my car every time I had to move. Didn’t use the swimming pool because of restricted hours. The gym was so small, not tempting at all. Sauna should be turned on every time you decide to use it. Spa services are on demand only because the service is provided by a third party. So I wonder how they got their 5 stars. Breakfast is the same every single day. They even have it delivered every morning by a food supplier. The photos on Expedia are very misleading: you think you have access to the beach with the photos of umbrellas on the sand, but these are pictures of beaches that are a 30 minute drive away from the hotel. Anyways, as I said, the staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, however the whole experience wasn’t worth the price paid. Many other hotels in the region offer better for the same price.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downfall is their kitchen was hardly open and the selection was very minimal. You could do takeout, but the food wasn’t very good where we ordered from. The nearest grocery store was a 20 minute walk, which we were grateful or we would’ve starved.

Amazing Location with the View and comfort.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding in Santorini. Everyone there kind and caring about our needs. Christina and Bill at reception desk were so helpful. Alex the bartender amazing! And Juliano at Breakfast was fastastic. Breakfast included 8-11 daily and bar with food to order 3-11 evening. Air conditioning was tricky but we got it figured out. The bridal suite is superb! The rooms for 2 have cute hot tubs on patios facing the water views. The rooms for 3 were spacious and adorable. It was smack in the middle of the Oia and Fira hiking path which was perfect! You won’t believe the view from here until you see it.

Majestic hotel has the best manager with a wonderful and efficient team . The breakfast was superb. Special kudos to Michael in the breakfast room and the lifeguard guy . I will definitely recommend this wonderful and majestic hotel to the tourist going to Santorini.

Bathrooms require work!

Bathrooms definitely require update and super cleaning because of high water stains on tiles. Would return but these were very distasteful as nothing appeared clean - even if it was!
