There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Acomodação e o café da manhã estavam dentro do esperado. Porém a academia estava totalmente fora do esperado. Os aparelhos na grande parte quebrados e expondo o perigo eminente de acidente. No mínimo o aparelho quebrado deveria estar com sinalização de interditado. No caso da academia não atendeu a minha expectativa. Espero que as melhorias sejam aplicadas o quanto antes, pois do jeito que está pode levar algum hospede a se acidentar.

Pessima. Ja comecando com a recepção. Extremamente mal educadas, uma ma vontade de atender. Fiz a reserva e informei que a estadia era a trabalho ao chegar no hotel mesmo ligando um dia antes para confirmar se tinha Internet fechada uma vez que a viagem era a trabalho, na recepção foi informado que nao tinha. Mesmo a aberta não funcionou no quarto e ao reclamar foi dado 0 atenção. Pessimo. Não recomendo e inclusive ja pontuei aos organizadores do evento que estive pois foi indicado por eles.
