When we first came in, the hotel lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate we were told the onsen spa was closed for cleaning one of the days we’re there, and the onsen closes everyday 10pm which is too early. The room is spacious and beds were comfy. However on the 2nd day, we came into our room with the heater blasting. Our room felt like a sauna and it was so uncomfortable! we complained to the front desk and the manager was going to our room to help. the only option given was to open the window, which was super bad since I had allergies and you can hear cars and ambulances outside. the manager gave us a fan and told us to wait until midnight for the AC to turn on. We did not enjoy our stay.

Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor

It's very clean and big room. Spa onsen is very clean and staff are good trained people . Hotel location is walkable But It was cold and dark outside when we arrived Sapporo station so We use underground . It's very confused Which way we should go . Finally we found exit that close to get Hotel. But invisible stairs went on and on and to our surprise, we were on the tired basement floor. It was so hard to carry heavy bags. Next day we notice that there was an elevator at the exit before the one. I wanted know how can I get Hotel from Sapporo station.

Everything was seriously perfect , except the air con remote,which was default either sauna or fan and alternate days,then air con mode was available. We could not take the fan/sauna mode at all. So it was quite torturing for us. Hence the reason overall only 4 stars. If I could adjust the air con mode without any restrictions,then is definitely 5 stars!
