Very nice clean hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite for half of our stay free of charge which was a nice surprise. Waking distance from main attractions in Sarajevo

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Ziemlich neues Hotel daher wenig Abnutzung im Zimmer. Kommen gerne wieder.

Fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Sehr Zentrums nah zu all Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Comfortable stay and very friendly staff

Pros: Friendlyness of staff, location (central but not too).

Cons: All towels (except one time) smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I suppose staff must have been regularly smoking in the room were towels stored.

Comfortable rooms with good layout and amenities, friendly staff, quiet.
