This was an adorable place! Well decorated and had everything we needed. We loved the location. The area behind the unit was so cool. You could watch the boats and animals or walk to pelican alley or pops restaurant. We will definitely go there again.

Perfect location and size for 1 adult and 2 kids with occasional family guests for sunsets or dinner out back. Super responsive, helpful and thoughtful hosts. Really exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely think of this place first for future visits to Nokomis.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loving decorating and thoughtful provisioning made a lovely stay. The linens and towels were very nice. There were plenty of hooks to hang up things, and the lighting was adequate (not often in rentals) We appreciated that the hosts provided nice beach chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. We came down from Saint Augustine to celebrate our twins 7th birthday & our 11 year anniversary. The beach house was perfect, so cute & welcoming. A lovely and perfect stay!

we have stayed on this property before and this was our first time in this unit. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the A/C did a great job keeping us cool. We enjoyed having dinner outside one night and it is really nice to have laundry facilities on site. we love this area and will return next summer!
