Personalen i receptionen kunde ha varit lite trevligare, kändes lite "kort i tonen". Sängen var hård och frukosten var inte mycket att ha. Låg dock bra i förhållande till centrum. Eftersom det inte fanns så många parkeringsplatser på hotellet parkerade vi på en allmänn parkering i närheten men noterade inte att man inte fick stå där mellan 06:30-08:30 på lördagar vilket fick till följd att de forslade bort bilen. Var dock inte hotellets fel men ett tips från oss att hålla koll på det.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpresa. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di un letto molto comodo. La colazione era buona, con una selezione adeguata per iniziare bene la giornata. La posizione è ottima: vicina alla stazione e al centro città, il che rende gli spostamenti davvero pratici. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 2 stelle. L'unico inconveniente è stato il freddo durante la notte, ma nel complesso è stata un'ottima scelta per chi cerca convenienza e praticità. Consigliato!

Bonne petite petite auberge en general, dommage que le matelas était très très dur et que certains aliments au petit-déjeuner étaient périmés : les buscuits et les biscottes, passe encore, mais le beurre... périmé depuis le 11 janvier on était le 4 mars et lorsqu'on l'a fait remarquer, la personne n'a rien dit, même pas une excuse. Bref, Sarzana est une magnifique petite ville et l'auberge est tres bien placée et a le mérite d'avoir un parking.

Fick visserligen veta då jag kom att det var frukost mellan 7-9, men lätt att glömma. På rummet angavs 8-10. Kom ner 09 01. Ljust j rummet, men låst. Svarade inte på telefon. Tilläggas ska att det är utcheckning fram till 11. Beträffande städning kan en lapp sättas på dörren. Ansåg det onödigt med städning varje dag (handlar om hållbarhet) ändå städning varje dag.
