The rooms were clean & comfortable, and the location was great. Shopping across the street and an easy walk or short drive to nice restaurants. We had spoke with Mary, who had prepared the breakfast that was included, to thank her for the great meal. The serve-yourself breakfast was excellent; probably the best of any hotel we have stayed at. This is our second time staying there, and we would not consider staying anywhere else in the city.

My only complaint would be the breakfast in the morning. Went 20mins after breakfast had started and the hotel was already out of bacon. Went the next morning right at starting time and it took 10 mins for all the food to be brought out and no bacon. Only sausage. Room was clean and pool/hot tub was very relaxing. Will come back

We only stayed in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, for an overnight before moving on Sault Ste Marie, Michigan the next day. This IHG motel was okay - adequate. A typical, older IHG property in a not very nice part of town. The room was good, clean and served its purpose.
