Beds were old and uncomfortable. Rooms were not quite at all. The staff was super friendly and even though ypu have to pay for parking the valet Cleveland was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

New renovations were not up to par (ex. Use of older furniture, small appliances, poorly hung wallpaper, bed linens were not fresh) On the outskirts of an undesirable area with no lighting on the surrounding streets. Ice maker broken. Noisy staff members, who spoke a foreign language.
