Room 626, had a wet towel smell at first entrance, Black spot on the silicon on the window seal, ac/heater wasn't working, black dirt or the start of mold under the bathroom tub soap dish and on the circle piece of metal between the sink hole and tub faucet. I didn't bother reporting this until after my checkout because I checked in late Saturday night and was only there for one night. Breakfast was good no complaints and the concierge were friendly.

Staff was friendly. Booked room via website- requested a king size bed, were put in a room with 2 queens-staff did not us. I provided my credit card for incidentals, staff called and said I did not provide it, it later found it was saved in a bin-viewable “folio”. Requested a 12 noon check out, was told yes during check in- o record of it when staff called about the credit card, but they did allow the 12 noon check out. Had 2 charges on my credit card, have met received a receipt yet. Room was clean.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff were pleasant. There is no way for their HVAC to allow AC and heat to run at the same time at the facility per the hotel, so I had no AC or flowing air in my very humid and hot room. This was during my stay in January when it was below freezing outside. If you cycle the fan (with AC) on, it just makes the room warmer and there is no way to open any windows. The hotel's solution was to tell me to turn off the unit completely and it would cool the room down from the outside of the hotel (it barely made a difference). I had to crack open my door frequently to the hall to get a flow of air. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and will look for other accommodations the next time I am in town.

Checked in on a winter night in December. Specifically chose this hotel since they had a pool and hot tub, even called a few days prior to make sure were working. Neither were working on Saturday night. Pool was open on Sunday morning, but very cold, hot tub still closed.
