Affordable option for staying near the airport the night before our cruise with the kids. Facility is clean but older for sure and not a lot of amenities. The tv didn’t work in our room. Complimentary breakfast was convenient in the morning before we headed to the cruiseport. Overall a fine choice for our family who needed somewhere to sleep on our late flight into Seattle.

The free shuttle they offer from and to the airport was great! It was easy to communicate it with the staff and the shuttle drivers were very helpful. Their free hot breakfast was good, includes scrambled eggs and sausages. The room and the bed itself was nice but there were a couple questionable stains on the towels and the pillow sheets. The place itself could use upgrades to make it more presentable as the place is a bit run down. Overall, we would stay here again if we had an overnight layover.

Rundown and busted

This place is rough. Trash piled up outside and peeling wallpaper with holes in walls and dents,scrapes, and cracks abound. It’s cheap but this place is really worn out. The mattress was so worn in it was painful to sleep with the deep grooves from wear and the walls were covered in dings and scrapes. The halls are terribly loud so you can hear every door and tvs from other rooms.

Racist behavior towards customer, we chose rooms with parking included and then we are told that they over booked the parking lots and cant do anything about it. We were told that we can leave if it is inconvenient for us. Butbmoney will not be returened because we didnt pay them we paid expedia. Road noise was alot with all windows close and no water in the room also.

My wife and I were guests in your Fair City. In the middle of anything and everything. We had access to the Bus, the Light rail, which we learned how to use. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was awesome with a large bathtub/shower. However I was unable to figure out the bathtub drain plug. This Hotel has an airport shuttle that was amazing because they will take you to exactly where you need to go. We will be exclusively staying with Comfort inn and suites

Stay only if desperate

Parking was terrible, if a spot could be found it was barely enough room for compact. Checked in the evening and couple fighting in the lobby. Person at front desk informed that couple stays often and always fighting.

Meh

Very expensive for the quality, I travel alot and so value for quality matters. The shuttle was nice, the staff was friendly, but the hotel is dated, loud, and reeks of weed. I know its Seattle but keep it outside. Its also very noisy. I live next to an airport so it wasn't the planes, it was the guests slamming doors, and people around the hotel. The rooms are small, the beds are not comfortable at all. If you just have a layover its ok but if you have kids, you may want to look for other options.
