Checking in was terrible even though our reservation was made ahead of time. We arrived from the airport at 12:30am… we were told that the internet was down and they couldn’t check us in with no expected time to be able to check us in. HOW DOES A HOTEL NOT HAVE A DOWN TIME PROCEEDURE!?! especially for reservations made ahead of this outage I can understand new guests. Around 2:40am we were able to finally check in. Lobby, hallways and stairs seem a little outdated but the room was modern the beds were comfy and clean. Pillows were great too. Room had plenty of towels too which we appreciated

I had to switch rooms when I arrived as my bathroom had not been cleaned. My new room was clean. The hallways frequently smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. (which I told the front desk about) The breakfast was good. The shuttle was amazing! Picked me up from the airport but also took me and pick me up from Dennys which was great because there aren't many restaurants in walking distance. The walls are thin so it was a bit noisy. It was adequate for my brief stay.

Ok for a night's stay

We were just staying over a night before we flew out the next day. Beds were very comfortable, but the hotel shows a lot of wear and tear. Could use some updating and deep cleaning.
