Clean and reasonably comfortable room in a convenient location. The airport shuttle service worked well. Breakfast choices were very limited and not very good. WiFi was poor; it was impossible to access it from the room desk, and only by positioning a device next to the room door could even a weak signal and slow transmission be received.

Let me start by saying the staff we interacted with was outstanding. All kind and helpful. They’re the only reason this hotel received 1 star. The photos of this hotel are not accurate. Some photos are taken in a way to hide the actual condition of the room - such as the bathroom. The room we stayed in did not look like the images, at all. Our room screamed “roach-motel.” The ants in the bathroom sink didn’t help. Additionally, we walked down the street to get food and when we came back we noticed a street sign that said “designated area of high prostitution” so there’s that too…..

So I was gonna leave how I was happy with the Lack of a Full Hot Breakfast.. No I'm not Spoiled but i read thru serve a Full Hot Breakfast which is why... I decided to Book my Stay here.. Heating up Frozen Waffles wasn't pleasant... they're was no Eggs & Sausage.. but they had everything else Toast, yogurt, Coffee.. packs of Oatmeal. But forget all that because this is what put the Cherry on the Cake.. I Fly on Standby and whatever Events are happening Currently.. there where no flights to get me anywhere. I didn't want to sleep in the Airport, been there done that. I went and asked can i stay another night & the nice young lady with the Pink hair helped me. She was so Sweet & so kind as i was upset in tears. She rebooked me and now I'm comfortable in my room leaving them this Review. THANK YOU i will come back because the Service was 5 🌟

The shuttle driver didn’t ask any of the passengers which airline they were traveling when he dropped us off. He dropped everyone off at the first stop and I had to go to the farthest stop away. That’s a problem if you are a senior.

Very old property. The room is below my expectations. The complimentary transportation was excellent. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, I requested for more towels and they were supposed to drop it off to my room but no one came. I had to share towels with my son.

Barely ok

The place is deferring a lot of maintenance and some of the repairs are shoddy. Not the worst place, but the pictures pf the rooms and cimmon area are from optimistic angles.
