Kids couldn’t take baths because the plug was broke and wouldn’t hold water in tub. Front desk said there was no engineers available at night. Front desk staff they would talk to supervisor and call me back but never did. Bed sheets smelt like perfume, the beds were broke and sank in the middle. Charging usb port on desk was broke. Tv options had poor selections. Most hotels these days allow you to login in to at least Netflix on the tv.

Breakfast buffet is ridiculously overpriced. I was there with my 3 yr old and wanted to get a little bit of food to take back to our room for him. Can only fit so much in a to go box. I expected to be able to fill a tray and take to the room. $30 for a waffle, dry fruit loops and some fruit ! Rooms are outdated, need some USB plug in options.

This was the most filthy room. The sinks were full of man beard hair and so was the bathtub. It was nasty. I asked if I could be closer because I was disabled but the guy gave me a room as far as possible. I cannot believe I had to luge all that stuff around like that and no one offered to help me. This place is a joke. They need to update the place too

Only stayed one night. Was pleased there was a shuttle to Sea-Tac airport. Hotel room was dark -- could use more lighting. And the facility seems dated. But it was clean and quiet and fine for one night. Enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookie.

They gave us fresh, warm walnut chocolate chip cookies! The room was okay! It had a little living room and a separate bedroom. Would definitely recommend for business trips maybe not so much for your honeymoon like we did haha!
