We've stayed at this hotel in the past, but it was a few years. The room is comfortable and next time we hope to stay longer so we can enjoy their nice pool, gym and sauna. We were informed we paid for a breakfast (though we didn't, as we were leaving at 5:30am) but they said we did and would request a breakfast box to be ready when we checked out. Upon arriving at 5:33 to leave for the airport, they did not have the box ready. They hurried to get it, and it was an apple, bagel (cream cheese), small thing of granola and a water. If you have a choice, don't pay for this. The room is dated and furniture has some stains on it. The Bar area is very loud and we could hear it in our room even though we were a number of floors up. The biggest improvement they could make is updating the TV to allow for streaming services. The area is convenient if you want to do some shopping or go to some restaurants and it is about 10 min from the airport.

Kind of missed the mark

Checkin and shuttle was fine, but when we got to our room there was previous guest’s sock, glow stick and hair left behind. Customer service at the front desk made this right by us, but was disappointing to have this be an issue at all.
