Really one of the nicest stays in Seattle in a long time. I give it a 4 star because valet costs of $75 are too steep. The room was excellent and the restaurant too. Love the environment and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable bed. 100% will stay again.

Located a few blocks from Pioneer Square, the waterfront and Pike market. We parked in a nearby parking garage and walked around the area. The hotel room was spacious and beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were nice and very helpful. The location of this hotel was so convenient to places we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and it has two big closets and lots of drawers to put and organize our stuff.

It was terrible. We had to wait over an hour (we arrived before 4 PM) for our room,to be finished cleaning when we were told if we come at 2 o’clock that will be ready for early check-in. Which was a lie. When we got to the room, the shade didn’t work for in the bathroom to let in natural light. Also, the phone didn’t work as well. We had to use our cell phones to talk to the main desk. I was extremely disappointed in this so-called high-quality hotel. We tried to make the best of our Christmas day, but it was nonetheless dissatisfactory. I would hope after finally getting into the room after 5:30 that there would be some type of discounts applied for the huge inconvenience that we had to deal with.

This hotel was hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The customer service was 10/10 from the valet to the front desk. They were convenient, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. Overall the hotel was a great experience and the fact that it’s in a safe, walkable area of town and a few blocks from pikes place made it that much better.

Rooms are not in the greatest condition- looks nice but don’t look too close. The staff service at front desk was just ok - not great. The people outside / bell hops are excellent. The AC in the room works terribly- the beds are also older not great.
