Great Location!

Perfect! Just in town one night for a concert at Lumen Field. This place was just right! Short walk to great food, even walkable to the stadium and back! Also such a nice surprise to have a public parking ramp right next door!

The property and the room were fabulous. No pool or hot tub but the room was fabulous. Staff were not up to par. There was no warm greeting at check in, although they were able to get us checked in early. The parking valets were running around, not holding doors for guests, not allowing guests to leave the elevator first. The staff at the bar were not well organized, it took us 20 minutes after being seated to get a drink order in. At check out there was no personal touch. From a staffing perspective the property did not match its start rating.

$428 for a box of a room was disappointing plus an additional $105 for a “destination fee”, valet parking (only) plus additional fees and taxes upon check-in. The price just wasn’t worth the stay.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and very quiet. We were impressed that we did not hear other lodgers or outside noise. The rooms are small, but the beds are super comfortable.
