Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Room was clean. Carlos was wonderful during check-in and gave us a different room than originally booked as it had a better view and it was our first time in Seattle! 10/10 recommend!

I booked my room at the Hyatt using Expedia the same day I was supposed to check-in. The reservation was confirmed by Expedia but did not show up in Hyatt’s system for several hours. Resulted in long wait at front desk and duplicate charges. Book directly through the hotel if you want to avoid this nonsense.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Space Needle and other attractions in the area. Additionally, the monorail was nearby, making it easy to travel to the Pike Place Market and downtown Seattle.

Second time booking this place, we love it. Finding somewhere nice in Seattle can be a bit expensive but the location and hospitality of this location is beyond worth it. Easily accessible to public transport, restaurants within walking distance, friendly and dependable staff.
