We stayed in this hotel on 5/2025 for 3 days, the location is excellent, very clean, friendly staff and amazing breakfast, you can also cook dinner in your room because they give you all the pots and dishes you need, it's like been home. I highly recommend this hotel. Get a room with a view to the needle if possible.

We have stayed at nice places before. What made this stay so wonderful, memorable and special was actually a person on staff: “Grandma Pat”. We will always have fond, warm memories of our stay because of her. She works in the dining area. She took such good care of us (and everyone else also). She cheered us up and made us feel special. We had a wide range of ages in our party and she treated all of us with love and humor. What a remarkable employee you have.

Fantastic!

The front desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. We requested a feather free room and high floor (to see the Space Needle) and they happily obliged. The room was very clean with nice upgrades (cooktop range, microwave, fridge) and also very spacious. If ever in Seattle again, we will definitely stay here again!

Chose this property because it was close to an event we were attending. Nice hotel. I originally booked a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival the room they gave us had 2 doubles. Ok. Not a big deal so I let it slide. The next morning woke up to no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Spouse was not happy. When talked to gentleman at the counter he offered to refund our parking which was cool. Apparently hot water went out on entire 5th floor. He took my number down and told me management would be reaching out to me. Never heard back. Very disappointing.

It was adjacent to the Space Needle and other local attractions staythe staff recommended us to 3 great restaurants within walking distance: Zeke's (awesome pizza) 5 Points Cafe ( pricey but good food) and Sal & Limon ( Great Mexican food, about a 20 minute walk but worth the stroll) Very good

Arrived early to store our luggage and were able to check in early! They even offered the free breakfast since they were still serving- reception was incredibly easy and staff most friendly. Room was beautiful- clean, spacious, comfortable, great smelling, well equipped - everything you need for a great stay! Across the street from the space needle and easy walk to pike place market. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Family Trip of 6!!!!

The overall stay was amazing. Great location and everything was so close. From fast food to many different types of restaurants. Kid friendly area. We have two teenagers and two toddlers. The staff was great and really helpful. My only advice is that people using the parking garage park in the correct spots. Compact cars in compact areas and leave the bigger spots for the bigger cars. 2x that we almost got trapped due to poor parking skills.

Perfect location.

Couldn't beat the location right under the Space Needle. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and clean.

Clean and roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning. Good choice of snacks/drinks to purchase in the evening when we arrived late and hungry. Loved how close it was to Seattle Center.
