The smell of dry cleaner like rug shampoo or the like was overwhelming the first night. The spa is luke warm. Otherwise it was fine. The staff is excellent. Pleasant. Helpful. Must be good management too.

The room was okay. The beds were not comfortable. If you accidentally forget your key when you walk out at night, you better hope you can call someone because you are completely locked out of the hotel until they decide to open the doors around 6:30 even though the sign says 6 and someone is looking at you at the counter. Service was okay at check in. It wasn't very clean outside. Garbage was overflowing. The place had a funny smell.
