Concierge was beyond accommodating and went out of their way to not only let us check-in EARLY early (we were only going to ask to store bags) but also let us keep the car in valet after checking out for a while longer. The room was fantastic, great bathroom setup, comfy bed, beautiful building. I will absolutely (and gladly) stay here again!

Didnt see any coffee, water or tea service. Lobby was under contruction. I dont think there was a gym either. Staff were nice and valet parking was good. Rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. Very convenient walking if you're wanting to be downtown.
