Extremely clean room and bathroom. The location was great. We did not have a car but could easily walk to many restaurants and stores for anything we needed. Check in was very easy; the lady who checked us in was friendly, fast and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location - great service!

the room was very clean and modern. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. We had dinner our first night at the in-house restaurant and Ella was our server, she was OUTSTANDING!! If you're going to be in downtown Seattle, a great place to stay!

Hotel is EXTREMELY clean - some parts of the room might feel dated, but cleanliness and service matter the most to me overall. Will say the cafe in the lobby is slightly overpriced for what you get, but the food IS good (the area overall is just on the pricier side given you’re a few blocks away from Pike Place Market). 10/10 would stay here again.
