Loved this hotel. It was my first time at a Residence Inn and will not be the last. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was better than we expected and the place was clean and had everything we could have needed.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would need if you if you were to stay for a week or longer. The kitchen that was fully stocked. We would stay here again.

Nice property but “hot breakfast” ends at 9am and should be avoided, even though included. Subpar quality bagels, sugared yogurts, subpar biscuit pre-made with sausage patty and scrambled eggs, fresh banana was highlight. Paid $832 Cdn for 2 nights in November, expect better

Beautiful location with great views. Linens were clean and fresh. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk staff on the other hand were not very helpful and seemed like they were not very experienced. Their communication skills were also quite lacking.

The king studio was adequate and super clean. No problem there. The furnishings were not very comfortable. Definitely style over substance. Sofa....like a block of foam. Two barstools that were also uncomfortable. Bed was adequate. Pillows okay. Ice machine was noisy next to my room and lots of elevators and stairs to navigate if you have any issues with that. Pet fee for 1 dog is $150. Parking is $25 per day. It is not secured parking either...just a regular lot. Staff was the bright spot in our stay. The pool was also nice and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely upscale offerings on this buffet style breakfast room. Folks in kitchen were the BEST as were the housekeeping staff. My husband and I use verizon and we had SOS or 1 bar of service in this part of town. The hotel was fine...but for price point...I would look elsewhere next time.
