This worked well for our little family vacation. The kitchenette was nice, the pools and hot tubs were great! The place was fairly clean but there was definitely some dirt left around in the corners and under the table etc. We had a little one with us for which we asked for a pack and play, they then offered a high chair as well. This ended up being a little disappointing as the high chair was way to disgusting to use and the first pack and play was broken and wouldn’t hold its form. They did replace with another pack and play quickly which took us several tries before we could get it to stand without collapsing.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to any questions or plans we were wanting to make. The concierge was incredibly helpful in planning trails and hikes, as well as tours if we needed help! The room was spectacular and super clean and well stocked!

We were very thrilled with the room, the cleanliness, the location, and the comfort. The only negative was the staff would barely let us leave the check in counter after long minutes of high pressure sales to try to join their resort. That was very annoying after a long day of travel and wanting to just get in our room. Eventually I just walked away once I could grab my room keys. Besides that the place was incredible and all the staff working the grounds were very nice and helpful

Inefficient customer service

We came arrived at night and there was 1 person checking in and a long line. There was 1 greeter and 5 concierge employees doing nothing but no cross training to help with checking in, very inefficient and frustrating when you're tired and want to go to your room. The next day I needed my key reset and again a couple of people at the front desk a long line and , the greeter and 4 concierge doing nothing.

Family Reunion

It was a family reunion. We had 6 units and asked that they be close together. 4 were close but the other two (the families who had the most young children) were across the street in another building. We had to wait two hours for our rooms to be ready. Beautiful property though.
