The staff was nice but I asked to get my shower fixed twice and it never happened. The phone in my room wasnt working and they said they would fixt that as well, never did. And I had asked to get 2 bottles of water to my room, never got them. I only stayed for 2 nights. I would say that the staff was friendly though.

Amazing customer service! From the time we checked in to checking out, the employees were very attentive and helpful. They arranged our return airport shuttle, made sure safety while crossing the street, assisted loading & unloading luggage, etc., Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. They had a DJ by the pool on Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 5.30pm The music was too loud. You could not hold a conversation. Time slot was inappropriate No one was dancing. But rather getting up and leaving
