We had a pleasant stay at TS Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Our room was located on the 2nd floor, and while it was comfortable, there was some noise from the pool table above on the 3rd floor. The sound of the ball hitting the floor occurred fairly often, likely due to some enthusiastic players. Despite that, the overall experience was great. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, I’d definitely recommend TS Suites.

We enjoyed our stay in a Sky Villa at TS suites. - Staff were always friendly and helpful. - Breakfast buffet provided a solid spread of options to choose from. - The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax as was our private pool. - The rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. The hotel itself did need some maintenance attention such as the facade of the building looked poor, the pool tiles coming away, rusting window frames in the gym and bathroom fittings. We understand a maintenance program is currently underway to provide a bit of a refresh. Overall, TS suites is a value for money option which I would recommend to others.

Giri the housekeeper is super friendly, professional and welcoming to the hotel. He keeps the rooms extremely clean. I was theee for 8 nights and cant fault anything. The breakfast team is amazing and engaging too. Its a 10/10 for me and I'll be sure to return!!

TS Suites short stay.

Great short stay, rooms are big and airy, pool and set up are fantastic. Breakfast is amazing. Good location with easy walk to places, Bintang market just down the road. Got the room at a discounted rate, would not really stay again if normal rate. Very spacious room with all the amenities you would expect, easy walking distance to shops and outlets and the Bintang Supermarket. English speaking and very polite staff, infinity pool was amazing, breakfast was always a delight with so many options available. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

The arrival, front desk staff and house keeping went above and beyond during our stay. The room is spacious and had all the comforts for our stay. We unfortunately got sick and the staff did everything to help us locate a doctor to come to our room and keep our room stocked and cleaned. We loved the pool and the whatsapp updates to know what is happening at the hotel. Across from the hotel you will find convenient stores and laundry service. It is a short walk to the beach and surrounding markets stalls/shops. The hotel is on a one way street, which can be difficult to get a taxi as it is often congested and mutiple taxis would cancel. The only disappointing setup that we could fault them was their smoking area was in the same area as the buffet, as well as their front desk/waiting area had smoking allowed. Often had dirty cigarette and ash on the tables. It would be better to have designated areas away from food and main waiting areas.

Good location in a quiet street. Buffet breakfast is good with lots of options. Walkable to the beach, downtown Seminyak and restaurants hotel also offers free shuttle to the beach. Pool area is lovely. Rooms spacious and well appointed.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The stay experience is absolutely amazing. Truly a 5 star hotel. Your rooms are constantly getting cleaned and re-stocked with water and other essentials/toiletries, there is 24/7 client services and the kitchen is open until 11pm last food order taken at 10pm. Conveniently close to everything as well and walking distance to the beach and beautiful dining destinations.
