Comfortable Stay and Exceptional Hospitality.

I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable.

Amazing staff nothing was too much trouble greeted with a smile always. The only downside would be the noise from the road and building works around the hotel. Apart from that distance from the beach wasn't too far to walk but there is the shuttle from hotel if the walk was too much. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying at the TS suites in Seminyak for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much for the staff on hand. Lovely people , great food and rooms , fantastic facilities , close to shopping area and only 10 min walk to the beach bars and fantastic restaurants !!! Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and clean with a large bed. Modern fitout and well maintained. Minibar was restocked daily with 2 waters and 4 cool drinks. Great wifi speed and staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast daily was great quality and had a good variety of options. We will definitely stay here again.
