Love this hotel, easily accessible to Sendai station! Staff are very kind and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Love the night snacks offered- soba and soft serve ice cream. Also the hotel breakfast has great options. Will defiantly stay here again if we go back to Sendai ;)

Great location. Lots of shopping and near the train station. My room was a little dusty so it triggered my allergies. The desk and headboard were the dusty areas. Staff was friendly.
