I asked expedia to help us contact the property because they overcharged us while using their app. They tried multiple times and they couldn't do it and don't even explain why they overcharge us. We didn't do anything wrong and we felt ripped off. Be careful paying them when checking in.

I love this hotel! The people are very hospitable and I even received 2 heat packs from them because they saw I was freezing just as I arrived :)) There was also coffee beans freshly ground by machine and variety of breads provided at cafe in the morning. I was so grateful I left a tip! Thank you so much! The coffee is also delicious
