Everything is GOOD

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Korea, and for good reason โ€” I truly canโ€™t find any flaws. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, made a lasting impression with their outstanding service mindset. After a long flight, their warm welcome and professionalism helped me relax and feel at ease. Thanks to them, I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay once again.

Great stay

This was my first time in Korea, and I couldnโ€™t have felt more welcome. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is also ideal just a minute walk to the metro and airport bus. The only minor issue we experienced was with the room temperature. The buildingโ€™s air conditioning was turned off due to it still being cold at night but with it being so hot during the day we couldnโ€™t get the thermostat any lower than 26c even sleeping with the window open. Thankfully the staff gave me an electric fan to use. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Front desk employees were above and beyond helpful. I misplaced my credit card at a store and they helped me locate it by making phone calls on my behalf. I appreciated the friendly demeanor and helpfulness.

The staff are excellent and responsive to my need. Particularly Rami, sheโ€™s kind and considerate. The downside is the propertyโ€™s being a bit rundown. The big window of the room hasnโ€™t been cleaned for a long time.
