Very disappointing stay - booked superior room with terrace, pics show what this was, beside a service lift (despite requesting away from lift and the fact it was our silver wedding anniversary) Have followed up with hotel directly, but hotel refuse to acknowledge email or reply in over three weeks. Held off on this review to give the hotel a chance to make good our experience, alas nothing from hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was clean inside, two large steps down from the bed though, bit precarious. Reception staff were very friendly, bar staff at the rooftop bar were non attentive, service was awful there. Good location, felt very let down by this hotel. We did enjoy Seville, but would definitely not return to this hotel.
View on terrace - all four interior walls. Sky can be seen at level 5 onwards - we are at level one.

This was a wonderful Hotel. Pool area was very nice with great views. The room was very comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar was nice however under staffed. Had to queue to get in although many empty tables. Karol, Luigi and Alberto were flat out but still smiling and offering the best service they could. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fantastic! Close to everything, staff was wonderful, amazing views, we sat by the pool and relaxed, had some drinks! The only thing to warn about is if you get a room with a view closest to the street, it IS noisy, be aware! But you can’t beat the views, the room was beautiful, we were only there a couple nights so wasn’t a huge deal but we would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Abba fully met my expectations of a 4- star property. Very well situated - city attractions an average 15-20 mins walk away. Many good restaurants around, choosing one is part of the adventure. My room: very well appointed, spacious & comfortable; regularly cleaned to a good standard. Towel policy is energy-saving & consumables are very good quality, in large dispensers; much preferred over sachets other places use. Two suggestions: 1. Kettle had bad design resulting in boiling water all over the tray when poured - not very safe. 2. toilet roll holders: could be to front of loo rather than behind, requiring contortionist skills to reach. Breakfast buffet is excellent & well-priced. I would very much recommend the property! The very popular roof-top bar/restaurant was a concern: Glad I booked in advance. What I chose was very good quality, but menu is disappointingly limited. Main concern was, with service: Not many tables & not very busy seemingly more than enough staff. Yet no-one seemed to be in charge & there didn't appear to be much communication between them. They were all very pleasant but not what I'd expect delivery-wise. Whilst not offered as starter/main/dessert format, my food arrived in reverse order. After a 30 mins wait, my dessert didn't materialise. This was sorted effectively - taken off bill, but it didn't need to happen in the first place. Doesn't affect my rating of venue as not an 'essential'. Pity not to fully capitalise on an asset.

Excellent location. Rooms were ok. Nice and big and had everything you needed but looking a little tired. Bed was hard and room could have had better furniture to make it cosy. We had a junior suite so was big with big bed but plenty of room to have a comfortable seating area but I believe it was a sofa bed so not really comfy for lounging. Roof terrace was lovely. Good food and drinks. Just very busy and noisy. Hotel is right next door to a nightclub so I did hear the music at 1am. If you want a great location with lots of food options, close to the shopping area and only 20 mins to main sites then this is for you!

Very nice room with a good shower and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Generally quiet, but very loud street noise was heard (bands from Holy Week processions and people shouting). A higher floor should be quieter. Breakfast was generally good with considerable variety. Staff very helpful and considerate. Plaza Encarnation is a happening place with many close places to eat and drink. Google has some minor difficulty accurately locating the front door of the hotel.
