Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super kind, and the place was beautiful/clean. We unfortunately had a hard time with the Wifi but one of the employees did his best to help. We had to walk about 5 minutes to get to a road, so we could catch transportation. No big deal for us, but may be a struggle if you have lots of luggage.

The location is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. I would like to suggest that bed linens be updated. Our sheet was skimpy and the blanket was very scratchy. The bathroom while clean had some mold in the shower. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and caulking done.

Good hotel, great location

Great location, right in the historic centre of Seville. Friendly staff who always greet you. Room was good, clean and well equipped. It felt on the small side even though we opted for a larger room, but this is a historic building so it's as much to do with old-fashioned layouts as much as anything else. The breakfast was adequate but no more - an area for improvement.

Nice try, but needs to make a better effort.

This was a disappointment. Very expensive, no roof top bar as advertised, no swim up bar as advertised. Very poor communication, especially for a hotel that is so difficult to find. Also required full payment in advance outside the Hotels.com website.

Nice hotel but lacking attention to details

Halo Boutique Hotel is in a great location - the beautiful neighborhood of Santa Cruz and walking distance to all of the historic center attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also big and clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few little niggles that they should have worked out so that we didn't have to bother the lovely staff on duty. For example, we had a room with an enormous super king sized bed but with only two small/flat pillows. We had to go down at night to ask the front desk to get a couple of pillows. Breakfast was also mediocre. It was acknowledged in the reservation and again at check in that a gluten free breakfast was needed and when I arrived to breakfast, they still had no understanding of what this was and no gluten free products were available. I was still able to find other items and staff was helpful after the fact. Just a little thing that could have been avoided. It's a nice little hotel with lovely staff but the stay could have been better with just a bit more attention to detail.

Perfect city getaway

This hotel is situated right in the heart of Seville with all of the sights on your doorstep. The hotel itself offers a small and friendly feel. Staff are all brilliant. Rooms cleaned daily. Roof bar perfect and looks right out over cathedral. A beer and a glass of wine in the hotel will cost you €7 what an absolute bargain!

Great boutique hotel in prime location

Great hotel in a great location, we were able to walk to all key attractions. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The house maid was particularly attentive and the room kept spotless. Struggled with the room lighting and noise from bar deliveries next to the hotel.

This hotel is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe! It’s cozy, quiet, roomy, private, and with a great view! The size of the room is gigantic, and we knew there was a terrace, but we didn’t know there’s a stair inside our room and our terrace is on the second floor which can access directly from inside our room! It’s truly an amazing experience to the next level! Not to mention the bed and pillows are also so so so comfortable, during the trip the beds are the most important and they did an impressive job! We’ll definitely visit Seville again and we’ll for sure come back to this hotel!
