A well located 3 star hotel with 4 star additions

Pros: The hotel reception area was large and of a 4 star standard. The pool on the roof again 4-star, impressive with bar and views. Breakfast very good.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn't working correctly. The television was fairly small (about 24 inches), but had a decent selection of channels.
Location: Well located 15 minutes from Santa Justa Railway Station and airport shuttle stops. 5mins from the Metropol Parasol and approx 20mins to the old town.
The hotel is clean and well cared-for and has a "good vibe". You get the usual good Spanish hospitality. The lowest priced rooms are basic (book one at the back as they quiet), but clean with coffee making facilities and a very useful small fridge. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat (presumed it wasn't working properly). The double bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean with a good shower, shaving mirror and basic hair dryer. There is dispensed soap and shower gel. Very good breakfast room and selection. The hotel and breakfast room can get a bit hectic when large groups are staying.

Cethotel est situé dans un quartier calme à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville ... Le personnel est serviable et l'hôtel est propre ... La literie est de bonne qualité. L'hôtel est vieillissant et nécessiterait une vraie cure de jouvence ... La piscine sur le toit nest pas chauffée et donc impraticable en automne ...

Chambre non insonorisée. Bruits de tuyauterie. De plus nous étions à un étage où les gens parlaient voire chantaient très fort dans les couloirs en pleine nuit. Claquages de portes, etc...

Pas mal!

L’hôtel est globalement bien, la chambre bien climatisée et la connexion wifi faible mais suffisante. Les chambres ne sont pas très récentes mais elles sont confortables (a part les WC et le bidet presque collés donc pas très pratique!). La piscine sur le toit n'est pas très grande mais bien pour faire un petit plouf dans la journée, et la terrasse agréable! L’hôtel est proche du centre ville, mais beaucoup de marche au final si on utilise pas le bus sur une semaine de vacances.
