Conveient location

Hotel is undergoing facade renovation but doesn’t affect our stay and there is no renovation. Breakfast is very good, they have nice freshly orange juice and a wide variety of breads and foods. Bed is tidied up daily. Convenient location, 5 mins walk from the mushroom walkway.

Lovely hotel

Lovely staff, comfy beds and very clean hotel and rooms. It’s In the heart of Seville close to tavernas and shops. The only down side I have to mention is the hotel is having major refurbishment. The bar is closed until spring 2025 plus we couldn’t open our balcony door (room no.210) due to the works being carried out, this made our room rather warm in the morning as the air con wasn’t that great. Saying this, don’t be put off, the hotel it’s spotlessly clean and there are notices all over the hotel apologising to guest about the works going on. If you are driving I would suggest contacting the hotel before your stay to reserve a space. We didn’t know this and it was full so we had to park in a nearby car park. €22 for 24hr.

Great staff. Great location beautiful sun roof and pool area. Room tea and coffee provided. Lots of work going on outside the front of hotel but didn’t affect us

Room smelled awful on checkin and the staff wouldn’t move us to another room, or do anything to figure out why it stank so bad or what could be done. We ended up cleaning and deodorizing the room. The breakfast was terrible. The building is in the process of a way, way long over due renovation, but it seems to be too late.

We stayed in the suite with a deck. The room was nice bed was very comfortable. Parking garage right under the property for our rental car very limited space but it was perfect. Breakfast was good. Room service food was good. Construction in front right now but it was not any bother to us.

Unfortunately the hotel was having pretty major construction works during our stay which wasn’t mentioned either on Expedia or on check in. Was violently woken up to very loud works which we found out was directly next door to our room. We had to ask for us to be moved where the reception staff didn’t seem very bothered and pretty unhelpful. The room we had then been moved to had a ‘damp’ smell. The pool however was good, just not a lot of sunbeds. Conveniently placed hotel however, close to the centre of Seville and next door to a supermarket

Avoid this hotel

We arrived late at night, so couldn't see the exterior of the building very well. The next morning we were horrified to discover the whole front of the hotel was demolished. No windows at all, no walls & we were expected to stay in a room adjacent to a complete building site. The hotel room we stayed in on the 2nd floor was tiny, the bathroom was bigger. The air conditioning didn't work properly therefore the room was like a sauna. The breakfast buffet was average & the reception staff didn't really engage with us at all. The only positive was a rooftop pool & bar. Overall this hotel should be closed down while the extensive renovations are taking place. To expect guests to actually pay to stay on a building site is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs...

When i first arrived i was shocked to see it was under construction. This should have been prewarned about. I did like the hotel and construction didnt cause noise issues. The beds were to hard for me really pain full some nights. I am a fuss eater and brrakfast for me wasnt so great. Good news is so many lovely places around to eat. Catalina iver the road cakes and co do a great crock madam and frappie. Holy joy just a few mins down as well Frendly people loved seville

Great stay, would recommend!

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Really great location which was close to the main attractions, the room was very clean and a great size. Modern facilities and the roof top pool made it all the better. It did get busy at the pool at times and there wasn’t enough beds but that is the only bad thing I can say.

Parking was available through the hotel and at a parking garage across the plaza. Hotel website advertised laundry and dry cleaning services, but the hotel no longer offers those services.
