The hotel Fernando lll was outstanding in every way. All of The staff were friendly and helpful. On check in we were hoping for a bit bigger of a room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciated the room they were able to change us to, as it was convenient for our full week stay. The rooms were clean and the complementary coffee and water were much appreciated. We also want to give special recognition to Roscio (sp) at the front desk. She always went over and above helping us with our requests for information on what to see and directions to places like the train station when we wanted to go to Cordoba. She was always smiling and provided the best suggestions and directions. The room service was excellent and the food and wine choices were varied and delicious, satisfying a night in. We would happily stay again at their hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seville. Easy walking distance to all the sites but was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Best hotel in seville I'm sure (although to be fair we've only stayed in this hotel, twice! But we could find no faults)Perfect location, lovely comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean The staff are amazing - friendly, efficient and so helpful. They really made our stay. The rooftop pool and terrace are just fantastic - when we stayed in summer it was perfect. It was too cold to use the pool in January but sitting in the afternooon sun on the lovely terrrace made it feel like summer. If we go back to seville again, which im sure we will - i wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Fernando III. It’s in a fantastic location , right in the heart of Seville old town with lots of tapas bars , restaurants and sights right on the doorstep or just a short walk away Room was very clean and modern . Unfortunately was a bit too chilly to use the rooftop pool this time but I can imagine it’s a great spot on a hot day . Staff were so helpful , especially the lady on reception who kindly booked Real Alcazar tickets online for us (sorry didn’t get her name) Nice lounge area , great for a nightcap . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in a great area in the beautiful city of Seville

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the condition of the room. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. It was clear they tried to mask the smell with an overpowering air freshener, but this only made things worse. The spray was so intense that we had to open the windows to ventilate the room, despite it being the middle of winter. When we informed the front desk about the issue, their response was to check the room. To our surprise, their "solution" was simply to spray the room again, making the situation even more unbearable.

Hotel Fernando III Review

This place was in the perfect location for traveling, as it was close to Seville's famous landmarks. The Seville Cathedral was to the north, and the Alcázar was to the south. Although the Plaza de España was a bit farther away, we enjoyed a pleasant walk there. However, due to Seville's city layout with uneven roads, it's not ideal to carry luggage for long distances. The hotel lobby staff was also very kind and even prepared slippers especially for us.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located - we walked to everything! Great spots to grab a drink and watch the people and of course, eat some delicious churros. Also there’s a laundry mat right across the street!!
