Hospitality at its finest. Warmest hotel staff. Patricia from the front desk was amazing. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were wonderful. Entire front desk staff get five stars altogether. I was sad leaving Seville today. Hope to visit again soon!

This hotel offers excellent experience to its guests. The hotel is very well maintained. Both the room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. Lots of storage space and hangers . The hair dryer is the best that I’ve ever used in a hotel. The bed is very comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. This hotel really pays attention to detail and goes extra miles to service its customers. The location is great as well. Everything about this hotel is excellent. I’ve never given such a good review to any other hotels. They deserve 5 out of 5.

Breakfast is very good and healthy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean, quiet and new, bed is very comfortable. Our flight leaves early at 6am and hotel staff prepared 2 big bags of to go breakfast for us, it’s so nice of them.

Our room was large and well equipped. Water, coffee etc. replaced daily. The hotel was very, very clean and all the staff very friendly. Whilst there we were celebrated our wedding anniversary and a bottle of sparkling wine was delivered to our room - a lovely surprise. The only negative point was it could be a little noisy as voices seemed to echo around the central lounge area. Despite this we had a lovely stay.

An absolute gem of a hotel with perhaps the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Europe. Rooms are modern and well outfitted despite the building being quite old. The areas has a lot to offer and the hotel staff go out of their way to satisfy any requests. We will definitely return!

There was some confusion about our arrival date. A miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia perhaps. The hotel weren’t expecting us when we arrived, they were expecting us the following day. This caused some panic but the hotel staff were fantastic, in particular Justo! Justo was very accommodating and did everything possible to fix the problem. They also brought complimentary champagne to our room as a birthday gift to my partner. Second time we’ve stayed here and would go back again!!
