Reception Staff, Bellman (Pedro) & Ladies managing Breakfast were ALL VERY NICE, Helpful, Friendly & Welcoming. Love the hotel’s history & character (it’s a maze & fun, with so many houses put together you indeed feel like you’re in a small town of your own). Rooms are very outdated but that comes with the heritage of the hotel (although my bathroom smelled a lot of drain, not sure from where). Spa staff especially the guy at reception was the worst customer service interaction that I’ve ever received in my life. He already had an attitude as soon as we stepped into the reception not sure what it was we did. We didn’t have reservation & all we asked was if there was availability for us for today to use the spa facilities. He basically threw the spa menu at us saying - see there! Not welcoming, friendly or helpful at all and did not offer us any alternative solutions

staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10

Room was pretty poor eventually got there after a fair hike needs to be refurbished great breakfast lots of climbing steps to different levels unfortunately lift not working for a short time along with the cards for the gate magnets torrential rain resulted in a roof leak (reported) room was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the hotel Staff were lovely all very helpful. Probably not the best room for 2 couples in there 60s. Penthouse 434&435 piano bar was lovely also had ants everywhere

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and bar had a lovely chilled atmosphere. We loved the adventure of finding our way around the tunnel to our room and the beautiful and interesting decor throughout. Although our room didn't have a window it was a very comfortable room and had a good big bathroom. Nice and clean everywhere. The location near to everything in the city centre was also great. Piano bar was a nice sophisticated quiet space after a busy day.
