Excellent hotel, providing everything we needed. Very clean and staff are helpful and caring. The location was very central with lots of amenities and eating establishments within walking distance. The shops,sights and river were also close by. Fantastic stay and would definitely go back

Location was excellent for all major attractions and Triana dinner options. Beautiful room, loved the balcony. Excellent bed and bedding, slept like a rock. Extremely helpful staff, sharing maps and tips about the area. Only issue was a lack of hot water in the shower the last morning. If we ever go back, we will stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff. As a solo traveler i felt very at home and safe. Room was adequate with very decent sized bathroom. Secure building. Breakfast each day was incredible!! Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We felt safe while staying there. Only complaint was the AC was not cold. It blew cold air but not AC cold air, this made the room very warm. We were only there two nights so we did not make a fuss with asking staff about it.
