This is a lovely studio apartment in a great location steps away from the Setas structure, shopping and grocery stores. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The apartment has excellent appliances but has the bare minimum in terms of cutlery and plates (3-4 of each) and has no cooking utensils (ladle, spatula, spoon) which was a challenge for cooking breakfast or dinner meals.

Great location, easy check in and well priced. The two bed, 3 bath apartment we rented is laid out well and worked great for our stay. Unfortunately I can’t overlook the fact they have not been maintained or cleaned well. Everything was grungy. There is a foul smell which appears to be coming from the shower drains and we had lots of ants! Wouldn’t take much to get this place back to what it should be with a real deep cleaning. Thanks.

Great location and walking distance to all major site. We received the code for the apartment and front door through email and we didn't have any problem getting in. They have a front desk during business hour and the staff (Ane) was very helpful when our friend got sick. We had the 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms which was ideal for 3 girls. It has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The main room was a little bit cosy but it was functional. We would definitively book there again

Loved that they have lockers to store our luggage prior to check-in. Apartment was in pristine condition. With the washer and dryer option we were able to pack lighter. 5 stars for sure!

Hotel was in a great location! Very spacious for our family. Appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent very much. Parking was convenient in a garage across the street. Only issue was the hot water in showers was gone quite quickly and we did see a few ants in a bedroom corner. Overall would still recommend as it did appear clean

It was a wonderful stay the only thing I didn’t like was that when we arrived this hotel was closed. There was no one there to greet us or assist us. To enter the hotel you need a code which I also didn’t have. When I called the hotel they sent me an email with a link for me to do my own check in. This shocked me since in USA is not like that. I had to do my own check in through my phone outside the hotel. The actual room was very spacious and clean the only problem we had was the no staff to attend and that we had to do our our own check in etc

The room was pretty dirty. The towels looked like and old kitchen cloth. They don’t even bother to ask you about making the room or changing towels.. the bad smell coming from the bathroom is terrible.. please don’t let the photos misguide you the property doesn’t look like in the pictures. The location is good very close to Las Setas and the Parking Imagenes is across the street.
