The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. We had an incredible stay - would highly recommend the hotel. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay perfect. There was a female receptionist who was amazing. There was an evening where we were exhausted and wanted to order food in the room. We couldn't work out how to use the apps, the receptionist was able to order us food within 10 mins. She also helped us with booking our first didi/taxi and giving advice on the easiest/quickest routes for stuff.
