Good price at the relatively convenient location

Good price for staying at the relatively convenient place in Shanghai. It’s a little far away from the subway/metro stations. However, there are many public bus stops nearby for you to take and go anywhere you want.

Not good for people who cannot speak Chines.

Non-smoke room smells smoke, not clean. Hotel staff cannot understand any English, very tough to communicate. Room provided does not match the description on the booking.

A reasonable place for the price. A small but comfortable room. A bit far from the Metro station. Development currently taking place across the street so noisy once the "work day" starts and that includes Sunday. Only complaint was wireless on the 9th floor was weak -- but hard wired internet worked fine.

Sadly bad place

The area is not very nice, and despite the name “...ZhenPing rd metro station,” the station is not close. This place is more like a “couple of hours” staying place. Indeed, someone left a card on my door offering “the service”. Because of the same, very noisy at night. The staff speaks little, almost nothing, English and practically ignored our questions. The price, this is the worst of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in this trip, and the most expensive of them (maybe they charge extra for the cockroaches ;( ). Sorry, I cannot say anything positive.
