Great location for the metro to go site seeing, just a short walk from the shopping area and the beautiful views along the Huangpu River.

Reception beim ein und auschecken sehr unfreundlich! Executive Floor Personal konnte kein englisch daher keinerlei Unterstützung. Der Concierge hingegen unten in lobby war sehr hilfreich und gut. Sauberkeit sehr gut Zimmer gross und ok. Fernseher nur 1 Programm englisch HBO rest nur chinesisch. Lahe des Hotels sehr gut direkt im Zentrum Einkaufsstrasse etc. Frühstück auf Chinesen ausgelegt nicht Europäer. Für 5 Stern Hotel war ich enttäuscht und werde hier nicht mehr buchen
