The only issue was the breakfast location on the ground floor was exposed to cold air now that it is going into Winter and we had to dine with our heavy coat even though we are in the hotel building. This was due to continuous opening of the doors. Not sure how this can be fixed but all our food was cold even before we can eat it

It was a great experience staying here! Great location, wonderful service, and a clean room. The cleaning team was amazing. The best part was a staff member Bella at the front desk! She was so helpful from the check-in to check-out. Highly recommend, and we’ll come back for sure!!

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their thoughtful service made the experience even more enjoyable. Amenities were great as well, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a nice variety to start the day right. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable stay. I would definitely choose Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
