The stay was good. Hotel is located at an excellent location. Front desk staff was extremely friendly too (Mia helped me with the checkin). The cleaning lady was smart and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Shanghai next time.

The hotel is very well positioned just across the Nanjing Road and the staff is well trained to help with all your needs. The breakfast was very good, they were varying it all the time and well supplied until the late breakfast hour. If we will visit Shanghai again, we will definitely book our accommodation here again and again.
