a very pleasant stay.

Room was really beautiful, like in the pictures, breakfast is really nice. unfortunately the pool was closed in the second half. with a very short notice (on the day it closed) so i didnt have the chance to visit it. Dinner could be brought to the same level as breakfast and it could be made easier to buy the groceries for foreigners (without chinese tel.nr.) that was kind of tricky. other than that it was perfect

The only con is the room turned blackout suddenly for two times during my stay, the explaination is blackedout if sensor detect motionless of guest in the room. Quite speechless to hear this.

I have stayed in other Hyatt properties before but this was just sub-par experience. The trash wasn’t taken out during the whole stay in the hotel. There was a kitchen but no utensils (you need to call them for utensils to use). It was just an underwhelming stay unfortunately. No combs, no toothbrushes (they handed me 2 toothbrushes at the check-in). I can understand the Eco-friendly aspect as many hotels are doing it but it was just unexpected and they should have send a prior notice to carry utilities like some of the other hotels do.
