I have been travelling in China on business for many years and Jin Jiang Tower is definitely the best choice of stay in Shanghai for business and pleasure, the excellent location in the downtown area with easy excess to the famous landmarks and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. The staff is nice, courteous and helpful and room spacious, clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay in the center of Shanghai. For sure to stay in the next visits to Shanghai.

This was a nice hotel overall, it was comfortable and fairly quiet. It did feel like it could have been cleaner, and there was a very bad smell emanating from one half of my room the whole time. Couldn’t figure out what the source of it was. Location wise it was great. Still a lot of difficulty with communicating with staff, very little English, so have a translator with you.

Convenient for commute, shopping and food. Plenty of choices even for the picky ones. Hotel has been around for a long time so they are signs of ‘aging’. Bathroom tile stains and frayed curtains in my room. My sensitive nose could detect the bad cigarette odor probably left behind by some past guests even though smoking is not allowed. Otherwise, the hotel is a decent one.

1st stay in this hotel . Very famous. There are the nice restaurant on the top . You can see the shanghai city view. A lot of little restaurants nearby. Sevice is good too. Very good location. Will stay next time too
