A Perfect Stay at Shangri-La Shanghai — Truly Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at the Shangri-La Shanghai was simply perfect. The room was beautifully maintained and even upgraded upon check-in, offering a stunning view and the highest level of comfort. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive — they refreshed our room twice a day and always made sure everything was spotless. What touched us the most was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, preparing a lovely surprise that made the day unforgettable. Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and genuine. My girlfriend and I felt truly cared for throughout our stay — it was one of the happiest times we’ve shared together. I can’t thank the Shangri-La team enough for their exceptional hospitality. Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery.
