The room was spacious and had a nice lay out with a view of the Pearl tower. Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly. Service at the entire hotel was five star, from the reception desk, gym attendants and conserve.

The view from the room is amazing! The bathroom area is large and comfortable. The room furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The location is in an office park so not convenient to just browse shops and have food choices.

Extraordinary moment begins right at the hotel driveway when the car door opens. There stood James who greeted us warmly and with the signature MO pride. And he had been around to help us in all ways beyond his duty. During check-in, the staff is kind of cute when she suddenly whispered to me so as not to let my better half hear her. She has noted that this is our anniversary stay! Thanks for the special arrangements. Room service is swift, and those who came are so helpful.
