We really like this hotel and stay here every time we come back to Shanghai. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we wish is that the toilet area were a little bigger, with a bit more space between the toilet and the wall, so it would be more comfortable.

It's a nice hotel if you're on a budget and goof value for money, but don't expect too much. It's a bit off from the nearest subway station. My room was clean, but very sparsely decorated ad no windows except in the bathroom (which made the toilet super cold...), and there was a wall where the probably used to be a painting of sorts, but now it was just empty. Also, even though the AC was off, there is a ventilation system which cannot be turned off and creates an annoying noise that can maybe bother some people. On a positive note, the room was clean, staff was friendly, the lobby is nice and so is also the breakfast.

The room itself was very good. Safe and quiet and spacious. Comfy bed. Room had a balcony. No complaints at all about the room or foyer. I was disappointed that only on one occasion over 4 days that there was someone on the front desk who understood a little english. No help there at all for a traveller. Outside the hotel was atrocious. At the front door there are 8 lanes of traffic and a big intersection. Over all those lanes was an overpass as well. Noise was top level on the street but inside hotel in my back room it was very quiet. 15 min walk to subway a plus.

Good sized room, service could be better.

The room in the hotel was very nice a spacious and the facilities were generally good. One pet hate was the toiletries on the bathroom. Those small individual bottles aren’t overly eco friendly and were never enough for the couple of showers we took each day. The room had a balcony but the hotel restricts access which feels pointless. Our experience of reception when we checked in wasn’t that great. We are a gay couple and when reception queried the one bed and we confirmed it was ok, staff were clearly gossiping in Chinese about that. Not a great feeling. My other criticism was the WiFi which we could not log onto. We did try to get help from reception with no resolution.

3/8チェックインの際、朝食の案内なしで朝食は無いのかと思い、食べられなかった。歯ブラシの案内もナシ。 　近くにはお店は無かったですが、使用目的は無かったので。 　エアコンは別途側まで温風が来ず、少々寒かった。 3/12チェックインでは朝食案内、歯ブラシの必要有無を 頂いた。
