내가 알던 오크우드가 아님

오크우드라길래 기대하고 갔는데 정말 별로였어요 방은 넓고 큰데 주방이나 테이블 등등 먼지에 위생상태가 별로였고 특히 욕실은 벽도 지저분하고 물때가 껴있어서 샤워하기 꺼려질 정도였습니다 수건도 바꿔줬는데 자국있는 지저분한 수건이 오기도 했구요 지역자체가 레지던스 지역이라 외국인 투숙객 거의 없고 중국분들이 장기투숙하는 레지던스, 아파트 느낌이었습니다. 조식도 그럭저럭이었는데 거의가 중국인 노인부부들이더라구요 ㅡㅡ 근처에 있는 지하철 11호선은 지옥철입니다 출퇴근시 이용시 넘 사람이 많고 혼잡한 노선이었어요

広くてゆったり。安心できるホテル

観光中心エリアではないけれど、静安寺などへバスで1本で行けるしタクシーもすぐつかまるエリアなのでちょっと静かにステイしたい人にはおススメです。60平米超とお部屋も広くキッチン、洗濯機もついていて自分の部屋のように使えます。ベランダに椅子もあり夜帰ってきてゆっくりできるので定宿にしています。 隣のモールには地下にスーパー、パン屋さんもあり、上にはカジュアルなレストランにカフェもあるので、 ご飯にもお茶にも困りません。一人でも入れるので、ビジネスで行く人に向いているかもしれません。 中国ではシーツやタオルがよくよく見ると汚れてる等、結構ありますが、ここでは一度もなく、安心できるホテルです。

Very Rude Night Front Desk Staff

The reason I am rating this Oakwood a 1-star is because of the night front desk staff. She was extremely rude~I have never encountered a hotel staff this rude and I travel a lot for work and pleasure! For almost $250/night hotel, I wasn't expecting this terrible service. We got to the hotel late at night (almost midnight) to check in after a long flight. We're a family of 4 (2 kids of 11 and 16 years old). It is our first time in Shanghai so we had a few questions about the area but she said she doesn't speak English (and did not even try to help answer any of our concerns). We also had a flight to Beijing early morning, and we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. This same rude front desk staff was so upset because we had to wake her up to ask for help with a taxi to the airport. I will not stay here again~very disappointing for we stayed at other Oakwood in different Asian countries and the service was so much better than this one in Shanghai.

令人愉快的住宿經驗

飯店人員服務待度良好,有耐心接受詢問,但一樓服務人員經常不在,有事時還是要回五樓大廳請服務人員協助,一房三室非常適合好友同遊,有共同空間也可以有私人休息的臥房,酒店旁有我格廣場想購買食物或東西也很方便,房內的整潔有些沒有做好,備品置放的地方有灰層,客廳地上有一點點前房客的食物屑殘留,但整體是令人愉快的住宿經驗
