Rooms were clean and well kept every day. Staff was a great help to assist with Mei Tuan deliveries. Great service from the front desk during check out (Isabella). My stay also include access to the M club which was a great place to recharge after a long day out. I used the Steambath on L6 for almost the whole visit which was well maintained. Did not use gym but it looked very spacious.

Its our go to hotel whenever we visit Shanghai. Its convenient and within walking distance to nanjing pedestrian street. Many eateries that open till late in the opposite mall. Its beside 新世界 新世界mall too. Service is welcoming and great! Thumbs up!
