The room is spacious. Location is convenient to both the Metro and by Taxi. Paris Summer Mall has most of the essentials needed for tourists. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Cleanliness is well achieved. Good hotel, will return if visit Shanghai again.

There is a shopping mall behind the hotel which has quite a few restaurants. There is also a food court in the basement. Inside the area is clean.

Good but old

Tuis is a first 5 start hotel wher I got spotted bed linings. Uou can see it was great hotel 10 years ago but mattresses pretty old , spotted bed lining and breakfast has no western way meal style and I understand because there are only few foreign guest. Mostly occupied by locals.

There is a metro stop in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of using both the metro and uber from our hotel. This hotel had the best Gym and Pool facilities we experienced on our trip. The breakfast was also delicious with nice local touches of Shanghai and Western style breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I booked two rooms and ended in an apartment type which is fine for the first day, next day the give me other apart which I don't want,and the reason because they are fully booked. The apartment is very cold ,low floor and I complained about it and they still saying they are overbooked. I don't appreciate it and I will never recommed this hotel. I would for sure file a complained about this treatment. Please avoid this property as my experience is very negative. Poor view smells old, dirty
