Liked: Staff & service, room comfort

Friendly front desk people, but poor restroom

Friendly front desk staff. Good breakfast, a lot of Chinese food, But not much western breakfast choice. Near a shopping center and subway station. Poor maintained restroom. Only shower available. Kind of cold in hallway. Need to run AC all the time because of cold winter in Shanghai.

最低の経験

禁煙室であるのに煙草の臭いが酷い。一応、部屋には禁煙のシールが貼ってあるが、部屋中に煙草の悪臭が染みついて居り、自身の服にも臭いが移ってしまうほど。また空調からも煙草の臭いが流れ込んでくる状況で、劣悪さこの上ない。さらに、ほぼ英語を話せるスタッフがいないため、会話も全く成り立たず、スマホの翻訳モードで受付スタッフがチェックインに関する内容を説明する状況。勿論、翻訳がうまくいっていないことから、まともな会話にもならない。
