Location of hotel is very central. A lot of buzz around. Walking distance to Pub Street and a few night markets. Staff are excellent. Easy to book tours through hotel reception, eg Temples tour.

Perfect Oasis

Normally I don't write a long review, but this hotel was one the best part of our trip (and we visited 4 countries). The staff was wonderful in every aspect, always trying to make us comfortable and feel like we were in a oasis. On the first night we had a little problem with the toilet, which was addressed immediately and we were offered to spend that night in another room, but on the very next day the toilet was fixed and we returned to the original room. 100% excellent service. Breakfast with a variety of local and international food, was also one of the highest point of our stay that we enjoyed, with fruits, yogurts, ham and cheeses, breads, omelets made to order, hot stations with different local food, coffee, tea and I know I'm forgetting things because it was a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable with very unique and beautiful bathroom and shower box. The pool was the real oasis for relaxing and refreshing after visits to the temples, tours and shopping. Perfect set up. Great location, walking distance to markets, shopping and restaurants.

Amazing location and warm hospitality

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It has an excellent location, is very clean, and offers plenty of great amenities. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive - they make you feel welcome from the very first moment. I also booked the Angkor Wat tour through the hotel, and it couldn’t have been better. The driver was professional, and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly - it really made the experience unforgettable.
